My coaching services always begin with an initial consultation that is free of charge. It consists of 60 minutes. Firstly, we will go over a simple questionnaire. This questionnaire is here to help me as your coach to better understand you, your goals, and your body from all perspectives that may be of concern to us, health and otherwise. Following the questionnaire is an assessment and diagnosis of your body, how it moves, performs, and looks like from the perspective of potential dysbalances that may or may not be a concern to us when creating your training plan.
My name is Simon Kocourek, and I will be your coach.
With over half a decade of experience Simon has worked with everyone from beginners, to experienced athletes looking to level-up their running or learn new calisthenics skills. He is always learning from the experts in the industry, looking to up his game, and help his clients. As he likes to say: “Inspired by the endless potential of my clients.”
Following the initial consultation where we get to understand your body, and where you want to be. Simon will build a personalized training plan for you, your goals, and your specific needs. This training plan will be followed and adjusted accordingly to how your body will react, and your specific wants. There is always something you need, and something that you want, and we try to make it fun for you yet still challenging.
At this point it’s about you. Now, you gotta show up to our sessions and get down to work. We will go through it session by session with the goal of getting to your goals, and hopefully teaching you as much as possible along the way so not only we achieve your goals, exceed them, but also that you will know what other possibilities you have in the future, and how to achieve them as well.
